On this page we want to make you familiar with our conditions and the procedure for its conclusion. We want to keep administrative costs low and the billing as simple as possible. |
Rent |
• The rental price depends on the season and is in weekly visits from Saturday to Saturday |
• The rent is the price per apartment and day for up to 4 persons |
• For each additional person CHF 10 per day will be added |
• Prices for the Friends of the Goldblick remain very stable for years |

Terms |
• The total rent is made up of the day's rate and the associated costs of individual |
• The relevant lease contract with a transparent financial report is mailed to you |
• The copy signed by you is sent back to us and is valid together with the payment of deposit (50% of total cost) within four weeks as a definitive Reservation |
• The remaining amount must be paid least four weeks before arrival |
• During the holidays only phone charges will be paid |
• If you decide to pay the whole amount immediately, we can grant after consultation 2% discount (This is only possible with reservations, which are at least 6 months in advance). |
• Short-notice bookings (8 weeks in advance) will require payment of the total amount within 2 weeks after signing the contract, in order to avoid expensive bank transaction costs |
• Bank-transaction costs will be charged to the payer |
• The payment must be made in CHF |
