Whenever we issue an apartment contract for the Friends of the Chalet Goldblick, we make sure that the rent and other charges are easily detectable and calculable. Instead of a fixed price, we can break down the incidental costs directly to the individual friends for consideration. |

| The rent does not include • Final cleaning CHF 60 (Farinet, Ramuz) or CHF 70 (Baptistin) • bed, kitchen and table linen CHF 20 per person / Subsistence • Tourist tax adults CHF 2.50 per day • Tourist tax children CHF 1.25 per day |
Additional costs from bids |
| • Parking: Restricted parking space in the municipal parking garage • Cancellation insurance costs: 4% of the rental price |

| The calculation of the total rental (including associated costs) is clearly stated in the contract and is payable in two equal instalments before arrival by bank transfer.
